How Do Big Fans Work?
The Big Fan is capable of sending large volumes of air downwards with its wide blade width and unique blade profile, all while operating at a low speed of up to 50 rpm. When the slow-moving air column hits the floor, it changes course and creates a ‘floor jet’ that moves outward in a 360° direction. It continues to move along on ground level until it meets the walls, changing direction once again and then moving vertically upwards. This tremendous movement of air covers most of the workspace and ensures that all personnel and equipment are cooled down.
A single Big Fan can create a cooling effect that has a large coverage of 1400m². It can also reduce humidity, moisture, condensation and hazardous gases in the workspace - creating a safer and more comfortable working environment for workers.
